Sometimes I feel like I just can't take eating another plain grilled chicken breast.

I wanted CRISPY Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches!

At 350 calories per sandwich, these are the perfect alternative to your normal restaurant meal.

 

Here's what you'll need:

2 chicken breasts

1/4 c. panko breadcrumbs

3 tbsp. parmesan cheese

2 slices natural provolone cheese

Franks redhot buffalo wing style sauce

Jalapeno slices

Whole wheat sandwich thins

 

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Flatten your chicken breasts by using a meat mallet.

Mix the breadcrumbs and parmesan on a plate, and dip your chicken into the mixture, covering both sides in the mixture.

Place on a baking sheet, sprinkle with some extra breadcrumbs if there are spots that need to be coated, and place in oven.

Cook for 20 minutes.

In the last 5 minutes, add cheese.

Remove from oven, top with wing sauce and jalapenos.

Place on sandwich thin.
