We will first do some work to get to the root of what’s causing your health concerns. For me, that was a mild depression caused by a constant wondering of "How did I let this happen?". I had an overall feeling of dread towards my weight loss goals because it seemed so daunting. This will be different for everyone, and maybe it's as simple as "I just had a baby!". No matter what, the cause of weight gain and/or unhealthy habits is important for me to understand as your Coach. It wasn't until I faced my negative feelings head-on, realizing what was causing them and pushing those fears and doubts aside, that I was ever truly able to succeed. I can help you do the same.

 

Then, I will create a personalized  plan for you that takes into account your lifestyle, likes and dislikes, athletic level, and time commitment (we all know it's impossible to fit in a hour workout and make a gourmet clean eating lunch on a short work break!). It is important to me that your program is easy and enjoyable for you to follow. I am dedicated to your success.  I will go the extra mile to make sure your plan works well for you and your lifestyle.

 

My overall goal is to help you create the workout schedule, meal plan, and support system that you need to live a happy, healthy life in a way that is enjoyable. I want you to live a fun and free lifestyle, while still reaching your goals. My approach to health and fitness is simple, really.  I choose to coach my clients a little differently than most coaches, trainers or nutritionists and focus on small, gradual changes over a period of time so that your journey feels doable and is sustainable. I don't focus on constant macros - proteins, fats, carbs, ect.. unless that is absolutely what you WANT. Instead, I will give you a few different meal plan options that you can choose from, so you can have what you want. I'll help you focus on making healthy choices when you are out with friends, getting a workout in even on days when you just feel drained or are super busy.. changes that are going to help you to get to the results that you want. Weight loss does not have to be a miserable experience where you feel like you are missing out on life.

 

Why do I do this? Because I've been there.

I've done more fad diets, starting and stopping diets every

other month, and paid for more gym memberships that I

didn't use than anyone EVER should. Throughout all of these

times of starting and stopping new plans, I never learned how

to make health and fitness a lifestyle, and I was NEVER

motivated or excited about reaching my goals.

hitting exact macros and calories in vs calories out caused me

to be so unhappy and I was always dreading the next day.

Nope.. I can't have that chip. Nope.. I can't go to the beach

extreme, but that's what it FELT like.

So, How does it work?

 

Let's be honest. There is NO SUCH THING as an 'easy way out', if you try to take the 'easy way out', you are going to be back at square one before you know it. There is a RIGHT way to health and fitness - eating right and working out... getting stronger, becoming more fit, becoming healthier. But that doesn't mean that everyone has to follow the same plan to succeed. Some people like cardio. Some people like weight training.  Some people have 30 minutes to workout, and some people have 60. Some people love simplicity with meal planning, and some people get super bored.

 

You will follow a fitness program that is specifically designed for your goals, all from home. You will follow a clean eating meal plan that is customized for you. You will check in with me daily, either through a private Facebook group, email or phone. You WILL REACH YOUR GOALS! We will work together to figure out what works best for YOU and allows YOU to get the best results possible.

 

This Challenge is designed so that you to build healthy habits that set you up for long-term success. 

In your first 30 days, We will focus on incorporating positive habits. This is just the beginning of your journey. It's also the most important time for you. I will provide tips, motivation, meal plans, recipes, and accountability each day through a closed facebook group (preferred) or email. You will keep yourself and ME updated and stay accountable through checking in daily. After the initial 30 days, you may feel wonderful, or you may still be working towards your goals. Don't worry- I won't leave you hanging! Most of my Challenges last 90 days, but we will work together as long as you need to- no exta charge. 

 

As a participant in my Challenge, you will be required to commit to a Beachbody Fitness Program. I will help you find the one that best fits your personal needs and goals. You must invest in your health by following the meal plan and replacing 1 meal per day with Shakeology for the duration of your fitness program (this is included in your fitness pack).
