RECIPES

“The food you eat can be either the safest and most powerful form of medicine or the slowest form of poison.”

Throughout my fitness journey, i've tried many diets and many recipes. I've gotten so bored (i'm NOT the type that can just eat chicken and cauliflower all day long), i've done the hard work of trying terrible healthy recipes, and great healhy recipes!

These are some of my favorite recipes that I ate while losing weight...

*FYI - these recipes do not have portion or serving information because they are all created for two people (I usually only cook for the hubby and I!) Please half or double as needed for your family.
