Who doesn't miss pizza when you're eating healthier?

These perfectly sized whole wheat pizzas are incredible!

With steak and poblano peppers, they are loaded with flavor and just 550 calories.

 

Here's what you'll need: 

2 pieces of Whole Grain Naan 

6 oz. Steak of choice

1/4 c. Marinara sauce

1 Poblano Pepper

2 slices of Red Onion, Diced

1/2 c. Mozzarella Cheese

 2 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese

1/2 tsp. cumin

1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

1/2 tsp. chipotle powder

1/2 tsp. onion powder

 

 

First, Put your poblanos on a baking sheet.

Broil 8 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove from oven and let cool, then cut your peppers into small pieces.

Season your steak & Cut your steak into bite-sized pieces.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add steak to pan; cook about 5 minutes on each side.

On your naan, add the sauce, cheese, steak, poblano pepper and onion. 

Place in the oven, straight on the rack for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and naan is browned on the bottom.

Remove from oven, cut into 4 slices and top with parm.
