This clean buffalo-ranch sauce adds a great flavor (and kick!) to grilled turkey burgers.

But what i'm REALLY excited about here - is these fries!!

I love french fries and miss them SO much now that I'm eating healthier.

I've tried to make them at home a handful of times, and they never come out good... until now. This trick is the best trick ever invented for oven baked fries.. they came out golden brown, deliciously crispy, and HEALTHY!

This whole meal was 450 calories. It truly doesn't get better than that.

Here's what you'll need:

10 oz. Extra Lean Turkey Breast

2 tbsp. Clean Buffalo-Ranch (recipe below)

Pepperjack Cheese Slices

3 tbsp. Mrs. Dash Original Blend

Two Whole-Wheat Sandwich Thins

2 small or medium potatoes

EVOO

BBQ Seasoning (or any other type of seasoning that you want for fries)

First, prep & bake your fries:

Peel if desired (I left the peels on), then cut your potatoes in half and cut into whatever shape fries you want.

Here is how I cut mine to make "steakhouse" style fries:

Cut in half, width-wise

Take one half, and cut that in half, length-wise.

Cut both of those pieces in half, length-wise.

Repeat on other half.

Take all of the potato pieces, and slice those into 4 long pieces.

Once your potatoes are cut, Place the potatoes into a large bowl and cover them all the way with cold water and some ice.

Let them soak for at least 30 minutes.

I don't know why, but this step reduces the starch which makes the fries actually crispy while baking! Who knew??

After the 30 minutes is up, Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Drain the potatoes and arrange on a baking sheet so that they are all laying flat.

Use a paper towel or two to blot and make sure that there is no excess water still on the potatoes.

Sprinkle with a couple tablespoons of oil and a couple tablespoons of BBQ Seasoning. Mix it up so it's all covered.

Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown, flipping the fries halfway through.

While your fries are baking, make your buffalo-ranch sauce:

2 tbsp. plain Greek yogurt

1 tbsp. low-fat buttermilk

1/4 tsp. onion powder

1/4 tsp. dried dill

1/2 tsp. dried parsley

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

2 tbsp. Franks Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce

1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper (if you like it a little spicier like us)

Put all of your ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix.

Put in the fridge until ready to use

(you can also make more and store for up to 1 week in the fridge)

Make your bugers:

I made these on my George Foreman grill, so if you have one, get it out and plug it in.

If not, you can grill for about 5 minutes per side on a regular grill.

Make your patties:

Add Mrs. Dash seasoning and Separate the turkey into two 5 oz. portions

Roll into balls and then flatten into patties

Put on the preheated George Foreman and close. Cook for about 6 minutes or until cooked through.

Open grill, top with cheese, and keep on the grill for a couple of minutes to melt.

Remove from the grill and set aside on a plate, lined with a paper towel to blot any excess grease.

Put your sandwich thins in the toaster on low

Place burger on one piece of bread,

Add lettuce if desired, then top with 1 tbsp. of the sauce on each burger.

Top with 2nd slice of bread.

Enjoy!
