This pizza and nacho combo features an amazing black bean & roasted red pepper sauce.

At 500 calories for 1/2 of this pizza, it's filling and a great switch up from pepperoni!

Here's what you'll need:

1 whole wheat thin pizza crust (I got the Archer Farms brand from Target)

4 oz extra-lean ground turkey

2 tbsp hot taco seasoning

3/4 c reduced fat italian cheese

black olives

1 jalapeno, sliced

1 roma tomato, chopped

1/2 c black beans

1/2 c roasted red peppers

1/2 garlic clove, minced

1 tsp cayenne pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray a skillet with coconut oil and add ground turkey.

Heat to medium-high and cook until no longer pink.

Drain any grease, add turkey, 2 tbsp water and taco seasoning back into skillet, stir until all turkey is seasoned.

Set aside and make your sauce:

Add black beans, red pepper, garlic and cayenne to a blender and blend until smooth.

Place on a baking sheet, sprinkle with some extra breadcrumbs if there are spots that need to be coated, and place in oven.

Add sauce to pizza and spread evenly.

Top with cheese, turkey, black olives, jalapenos, and tomato.

Put pizza in the preheated oven and bake 15 minutes, or until crust is crispy and cheese is melted.

Enjoy!
