Is Coaching For YOU?

As I have said many time times before, Becoming a Coach was a VERY easy decision for me. When I first discovered Beachbody, there were many reasons why I wanted to become a Coach. I was very excited about the opportunity since I was looking for a flexible way to make income so that I could finally follow my dream of moving out of the midwest, so the fact that I can take my Beachbody business anywhere with me was something that really stood out to me. I have never been the type of person who liked working for other people or working for someone elses dreams.. I have always wanted something greater. For me, it is much more beneficial to work for myself, be my own boss and follow my own dreams rather than working for a company or a "job" that I don't really love.

My fiance runs an online business and seeing first hand how great it was to work from home on your own time made me want that for myself. I wanted to be able to set my own hours and completely control my income instead of having someone else tell me what I will make and when I can get a raise, or how many shifts I can work per week. I am not the type of person who fears not having a 'stable income'... I've been a server most of my life, which can be very unpredictable... but that also means that I am used to working hard to pay my bills. I saw Beachbody as a similar way to make money, but without the stress, double shifts, and with a lot more income and career potential. I didn't want to be a server forever, and the only hourly jobs I ever worked, were stable, but sucked... Making $400/wk while working 40 hours isn't worth it to me. I knew I could make some serious cash Coaching, and I knew that I could rely on myself to make it happen.... because I wanted it, and I saw this as my long-term career plan to allow myself to stay at home and buy my dream beach house. Win-Win!

Since Coaches are independent contractors with Beachbody we are able to work part-time or full-time and we are also able to set our own hours. I love being able to work when I want to and take off time when I want to. For me my business is a full time passion and not just another job, but I don't have to work full time. I also love that being a Coach pushes me to stay healthy and work out on a regular basis. Plus, I hate selling, I have never been a sales person and have never liked pushing people to buy something. The fact that I never have to "sell" anything but can just HELP people and recommend the best products depending on what the customer is wanting to achieve (who are already interested) is great for me! Since there are 12 different ways to make an income as a Coach my paycheck isn't depending on if I sell products every day.. It's just a bonus!

We have so many different types of people on our team who all have a different reason for becoming a Coach. We have personal trainers who want to expand their business and help people all over the U.S., we have stay at home parents that want to spend time with their family and work from home, we have people who love the business aspect or like selling products they believe in, and we have people who want to get in shape and are a product of the product - Beachbody products helped them with their own goals.

But, becoming a Coach isn't always such an easy decision for everyone. There are people who are on the fence about Coaching or aren't sure if it is for them. Becoming a Coach means that you will have to put time and effort into your business. You have to invest in your business. You can't not check in or not spend the time to build your business, because then it won't be successful. That doesn't mean that you have to work 40 hours per week as a Coach to make an income, but it does mean that you need to schedule out an hour or more at least a few times per week to work. It also means that you should plug into weekly team calls and our team Facebook pages to continue learning and growing, as well as workout on a regular basis, drink Shakeology, and be a positive role model and inspiration for people who want to get into shape or work from home.

Quite a few people who get involved in a Network Marketing business have little to no success, and end up believing that it is a scam. This is the furthest thing from the truth, but if you don't have the determination and a good reason to be successful, then you probably won't do well. Just look at our Beachbody Coach 411 Facebook page which posts a picture each week of the new Diamond and Star Diamond Coaches (there are quite a few EVERY week - meaning every week there are people who's income is growing!); Look at our our team Facebook groups where as a team we are always talking, learning from each other, and are always excited for each other when we are growing our business or hitting Success Club; or even Carl Daikeler's Facebook page! You can connect with our CEO on Facebook anytime! We also have events such as Summit or Super Saturdays where Carl and other top Coaches hold nation wide events for Coaches! There are so many tools for learning so that every person can be successful. You are never alone in your journey as a Coach, but it is up to you to plug into those resources and continue learning.

Think about it. 95% of people who come into network marketing don't put in the effort so they don't do well. However, 95% of the people I know who have a job have never and will never earn a 6 figure income, and some will probably never even make enough to not live paycheck to paycheck. With Beachbody, This is possible! You just have to work for it.

Would you rather be the 95% of people who aren't financially independent, or would you rather put in the time and effort to be the 5% of people who are?

Every business takes work. Business owners don't start off with a successful business that is making them millions, or even making them a successful weekly paycheck, unless they are fortunate enough to inherit it. We all have to start off somewhere! Luckily with Beachbody, We are able to make an income within the first couple months and it is possible to become a Diamond Coach within a few months. With any business there will be ups and downs. The same goes for a salaried employee in a work place. They can have days where they wonder WHY they don't just quit.. I have been there. The difference with owning your own business is that you call the shots, You are your own boss! You work the hours you want to, and put in as much or as little effort as you want to, and make as little or as much money as you want to. A business is not built overnight. There is no such thing as a "Get Rich Quick" scheme.. If they were real, Don't you think we would all have a friend who would of told us about how they got rich doing that? You have to actually WORK to be successful!

Starting a business is risky. You have to brand yourself, You have to find clients/customers, If your business isn't at home you have to find a location and set up an office, You have to find people who feel the same way you do about the product or service. Beachbody brings in around 70,000 new customers per week and they GIVE us customers, So we don't have to worry about any of this! We get millions of dollars in advertising, Just given to us! We work from home, so all we need is Internet access and a computer. Starting a business can be very expensive, whether it is online or not. But, 39.99 to begin your own business which is already spending millions on attracting customers is the most inexpensive way to be your own boss and set your own hours.

There will always be people that will have negative things to say about this type of business. Most of that, I believe, comes from not knowing or understanding anything about it. It can also come from knowing someone that has not succeeded in this type of business model, and because of that they believe it is a "scam". If Beachbody were trying to scam people, do you really think they would offer 30 days to get your investment for your websites back if you decide that you don't want to be a Coach, have an A+ rating with the BBB, and extremely successful products with millions of customers buying more products?

There will always be people who just don't get it. What you have to do is decide if that person may be somewhat interested in learning more, or just move on to the next person who actually does want to learn from you and learn about the business! Always remember YOUR "WHY". Why did you get into this business? Did you want to be your own boss? Did you want to have more time for your family or for your hobbies? Did you want to reach your own health and/or fitness goals? Did you want to work at home? Did you want to become financially independent and not worry about bills? Did you want to be able to make residual income, eventually without even having to work?

Are you going to let someone who is unsure of YOUR business allow you to be persuaded to stop building it? Will you understand that person doesn't have a clue as to what your business is really about, and won't take the time to learn anything about it? Do you know that that person has no idea how BIG your dreams are? No one should ever have control over you and your life, besides those people who know and love you and understand what your business is about. No one should ever stand in the way of your "WHY" and your dreams.

Do you want to become a Coach and own your own business? Dream BIG! Because you can achieve it in this business with a little bit of effort and hard work. Believe in YOURSELF and YOUR BUSINESS! Learn from the TOP! Stay active in weekly team calls and our facebook groups, You will learn a lot just from talking and listening to other Coaches! Take advantage of your UPLINE Coaches that have felt the same way you have in certain situations, TALK to them and tell them how you feel! If you believe in yourself, You will reach your dreams. No excuses. Don't feel like it isn't possible. Don't measure your potential based on the failures of others. Remember the people who HAVE succeeded and have really made it, and work towards that.
