Why Join My Beachbody Team

About a week ago I was speaking to someone about something completely unrelated to Beachbody, and then told them I was a Coach. They then started telling me their story, and I was extremely upset to hear it. They found the Coaching opportunity and wanted to try it out, talked to someone about become a Coach, signed up, and then never heard from their upline Coach again. They got no help, no questions answered, no direction on what to do or how to do it.

There are 2 sides to this. When you become a Coach for Team Beachbody, you have your own business. There are so many benefits to not being an employee (No Boss! No set hours!), but that also means that technically it is up to you to make something of your business. You have to be able to manage your time, make sure that you put in the work, and make sure that you are connecting with your customers and Coaches.. It's up to you to be successful. Beachbody and the Ultimate Fitness Team (our team) makes sure that every Coach has the tools to be successful. It is up to us, as independent business owners, to take advantage of these tools and use them.

But, Coaches are supposed to help people physically - and financially. That means that when you add a Coach to your team, you should never just expect that they learned everything that they needed to in training and don't need help getting started. People learn in different ways, and something that made complete sense to you could be extremely confusing to someone else. We have to check up on our Personally Sponsored Coaches, make sure all of their questions are answered, go over ideas with them on how to get started and how to be successful, and make sure that if they need help with something they get it. Yes, we are independent business owners.... but we are also a team. I help people all the time whether they are in my direct downline or not, even if they are someone else's personally sponsored Coach I still want them to be successful. I have seen new Coaches in our Facebook groups post that their upline Coach was unavailable and they had a call, and have stepped in to make sure they got the help that they needed... and I know that other Coaches on our team have done the same thing.

I felt so bad when I heard that this person had a bad experience as a Coach and they didn't get help. For me, that is the ONLY downside to Coaching.. there are some people who become a Coach and don't take it seriously or don't care that much, and their downline sometimes suffers because of it. And honestly, I am shocked that these people who don't care even have a downline, but it still happens. As a Coach, you can become a Star Diamond Coach even if your upline Coach is an inactive Coach who never even hit Emerald.. You don't have to have a successful upline Coach to be successful yourself. For a lot of people, though, they want at least a little but of direction on how to get started or help putting together a plan on what they are going to do to get where they want to be in this business, and it does REALLY help to have an upline who is consistently working on the business because they will be adding to your team, creating higher team bonuses for YOU.

If your goal is to build a successful business that will generate residual income where you eventually don't have to work anymore, wouldn't you want to work with someone else who is working every single day to do that, someone who takes this business seriously and isn't going to quit? I feel extremely lucky that I signed up with my upline Coach Kristi, who is an amazing leader, and didn't reply to another persons ad. Because I joined onto the team that I did, I have gotten amazing support, help, and encouragement from so many different people on our team. I am always able to stay up to date on what is going on, and my team constantly pushes me to work on not only my business, but also myself. Choosing the right team is important, luckily if you join onto my team I will do everything that I can to make sure that you succeed!
