Introduction to Focus T25
One of the main excuses for not working out is "I don't have time". Shaun T came up with an amazing idea of a fitness program aimed to kill all such excuses, and still deliver results.... this program is only 25 minutes long - with no extra time driving to and from the gym.

This 60 day home fitness program focuses on fat loss, toned abs, and an overall fit body. There is cardio, resistance, interval, stretching, and so on.. you will do it all.

But is a 25 minute workout enough?
Some people may think that a 25 minute workout to be too short to see real results, but that's not true. Some people may feel too tired to fully commit to a workout after 30 minutes and slack off a little bit, so a 25-30 minute workout truly can be just as good as a 45-60, especially with the right diet. The program is created for execution in three phases, Alpha, Beta, and Gamma. Each phase has its own specific fitness goal, and is spread across 4 weeks each. One workout per day, for five days. Sixth day is Stretch day. Seventh day is Rest.
The Alpha phase is the conditioning phase, where you’ll be laying a firm foundation of total body fitness. With Beta cycle, in the next 4 weeks you’ll be taking your fitness to a whole new level, through focus on building a strong core. The Gamma cycle is an optional last phase and is designed to further accelerate the process of strengthening and chiseling muscles.
You may want to do the Gamma cycle after you’ve nailed the 60 day challenge. It's seperate from the T25 base kit. There is a Deluxe pack in which you can get the Gamma cycle with the other two - or you can get just the Gamma DVD's after your 60 days if you feel like you need to step it up to a more intense workout rather than starting over from the beginning and working your way through it again.
